Hammer Museum Arts Party
As part of my graphic design internship at the Hammer Museum, I led the branding and marketing efforts for their annual Arts Party. This free event, organized by college students for college students, offers live music, art-making workshops, and after-hours gallery access.
I was responsible for developing the entire brand identity for the Arts Party, drawing inspiration from the Hammer Museum's "Only the Young" exhibition. My work included designing posters, postcards, stickers, museum map, and sweaters for staff, as well as creating an animation for the lobby. Additionally, as part of the Hammer Student Association’s marketing team, I produced all Instagram posts and other social media promotional materials.
The event, featuring performances by Yves Tumor and DJ Pearce, was a huge success, attracting over 2,000 guests. Organized by the Hammer Student Association (HSA) in collaboration with the UCLA Campus Events Commission, the HSA comprises UCLA students from various disciplines who connect university students with the museum, making it an inclusive and accessible space. This project was a cornerstone of my internship, showcasing my ability to blend creativity with strategic marketing to produce a cohesive and engaging event experience.
